Brownfields Initiative Recognized by Tacoma City CouncilWorkForce Central Hot LinkThe Brownfields Initiative, a partnership between WorkForce Central, the City of Tacoma, the Metropolitan Development Council and Clover Park Technical College (CPTC) was recognized June 29, 2010, at the Tacoma City Council meeting for CPTC's receive of the MetLife Foundation Community College Excellence Award, and also for the dual success of the Initiative in both providing Pierce County Residents with jobs and cleaning up the environment.
