Eric Hahn is currently Vice President of Organizational Development at General Plastics Manufacturing. He earned a Masters of Business Administration from the City University of Seattle, and is professionally certified in human resources. Hahn has served as the Director of HR and Training for Zones, Inc., Vice President of HR for Aegis Assisted Living and Director of HR and Business Partners for Virginia Mason Medical Center. In addition, Hahn was an adjunct professor for Central Washington University, teaching professional ethics, communications and human behavior in the workplace.

Hahn currently resides as the chairperson of the Tacoma-Pierce County Workforce Development Council, a corporate board member for the Boys and Girls Club of South Puget Sound and a past board member for the King County Superior Court Youth Diversion Council.
